ALiS attaches great importance to respect for the privacy of its customers and the protection of their personal data. We are also committed to maintaining relationships based on the interest and trust of our customers. 1 - What is personal data?

2 - How are your personal data collected?

Your personal data may be collected as part of your internet use when you:

  • use any of the applications offered by ALiS or our subcontractors, Easytrip, Routalis, etc.
  • fill out one of our forms (for example, the Easytrip electronic toll payment subscription form, the ALiS claims form),
  • contact us or report us a problem (by phone, e-mail or any other means of communication).

Personal data may also be collected when you use our highway. Traffic management and network operation require the implementation of devices, including computer and video, for the benefit of your comfort and safety.

3 - What personal data can we collect?

  • The data necessary to register for the services we offer (for example, the electronic toll service subscription): your first and last names, civility, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, postal address, history of exchanges between you and ALiS or EasyTrip, password, license plate, bank details. Some of these data are required. If you do not wish to inform these data, we will not be able to provide you with access to these services.
  • The data relating to your movements on the highway to calculate the amount of the tariff for the journey made (for example, the date, the toll station, the time of entry and exit of the highway).
  • The data we may ask you when you contact us or when you report us a problem with our services (for example, your name and surname, your phone number)
  • Data related to your location when you accepted the collection and processing of this type of data.

4 - How do we use your personal data?

We mainly use your personal data as part of the management of our customers to allow you to access our services but also to know your expectations to improve our services.
Provided that we have previously obtained your consent, your personal data may also be used to inform you, electronically (e-mail, SMS, etc.), of our offers and our news that may interest you.
We also use your personal data to improve our services in our highway.

5 - How long are my personal data kept?

Your personal data are kept for the necessary duration and proportional to the achievement of the purposes for which the data is collected.

6 - Who are the recipients of your personal data?

Personal information collected is intended for ALiS, Easytrip, Routalis, Sanef, highways connected to ALiS network, i.e. Cofiroute and ASF. This information is communicated to the authorized staff of ALiS, Easytrip, Routalis and Sanef.
We may also disclose your personal data to our subcontractors that we use in terms of technical services, payment services, etc., and subject to prior approval, to our business partners. These people may, therefore, be required to contact you directly from the contact information you have given us.
Our business partners and subcontractors are located in Metropolitan France. The communication of your personal data does not imply any transfer of information outside France and / or to non-EU countries whose personal data protection legislation differs.
We strictly require our business partners and our subcontractors to use your personal data for the sole purposes mentioned above and only to the extent necessary to perform the tasks assigned to them, and to implement all measures essential to the security and confidentiality of your personal data.
We acknowledge that the management of your payment information, by us or by our subcontractors, complies with the provisions relating to the security of bank data, as described in the Payment Data Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

7 - Where are my personal data stored?

Your personal data are stored in our databases or in the databases of our subcontractors.
We take all the physical, technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data against destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, reproduction or unauthorized access. We require our business partners and subcontractors to implement the same measures.

8 - What are your rights on your personal data?

You have a right to access, rectify, delete, oppose, limit and use the portability of your personal data processing. You also have the right to lodge a claim with the CNIL.
