On the occasion of the Le Mans 24 hours motorcycle race, ALiS is teaming up with motorcyclists. ALiS is providing free access to the motorway as well as setting up two motorcyclist rest stops on the A28. ALIS is once again providing free access to the motorway, to incite motorcyclists to use the motorway network.

There will therefore be free access for class 5 vehicles from Friday 14th April, 10 am to Monday 17nd April, 12 pm.

In addition, ALIS, in partnership with the State Services, the Eure and Orne Department Councils, is once again showing its commitment to road safety by setting up two motorcyclist rest stops on its network between Rouen & Alençon allowing more than a thousand motorcyclists to take a welcome and refreshing break.

When travelling to the Le Mans circuit, a rest stop will welcome motorcyclists at the La Dentelle d’Alençon rest and service area, exit n° 18, on Friday 14th April from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm and Saturday 15th April from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm.

For the return journey, on Sunday 16st April from 8 am to 8:30 pm the rest stop will be set up at the Le Harcourt rest and service area, exit n° 13 Brionne.

Fuel is of course available at both rest and service areas which are accessible in both directions as well as from the secondary network. Hot drinks and pastries will be provided as well as other services and attractions. Motorcyclists, as well as being able to fill their motorcycles up with petrol, will be able to check and inflate tyres if need be.

We wish a safe journey to all.
